UW is a 7th seed in the East Division, clearly and easily the hardest region to be in. Ohio State, the overall #1 seed, North Carolina, Syracuse, Kentucky, West Virginia, Xavier, and Marquette. That is a lot of talent in one region. Plus its in Charlotte, North Carolina so should UW beat Georgia they will likely face UNC in what will essentially be a home game for the Tar Heels.
Arizona got a 5 seed in the West Division, UCLA picked up a 7 in the Southeast, and USC is one of the play-in games located in the Southwest Division.
It's guna be a tough road, but to be the best you have to beat the best and this is a great chance for UW to take the world by surprise and make those missed out recruits regret their decision.
Basically, our path looks like this: Georgia in the "2nd" round, followed by UNC, Syracuse, and Ohio State, before a match up in the Final Four against Duke and a championship game against Pitt or Kansas. If that isn't tough, I don't know what is.
